按监测轴汇总通道

/device_channel/axis_channels

按监测轴汇总通道：一行一条监测轴，channel_no 用逗号拼接。

m_device_channel.monitor_axis_id → m_monitor_axis.id 是 1 对多，
这里按轴分组，把该轴下的通道编号拼成一个字段，方便前端一个轴一行展示。

channel_no：逗号分隔，按通道 id 升序（2,10 而不是 10,2）。

channel_ids / channel_count：同时给出 id 列表和数量，便于回查。

传 device_id 时只统计该设备下的通道；某轴在该设备下没有通道就不出现。

通道 monitor_axis_id 为空的归不到任何轴，不计入本接口。
